Fitness Assessment

A critical detail about any journey is pinpoint accuracy regarding where you are today. For this reason, the first step of our program is a fitness assessment with one of our certified CrossFit coaches. The goal is not to expose your need for fitness training or your physical ability to train martial arts. Instead, the goal of this assessment is to establish a baseline of your current abilities so that each workout and martial arts experience is tailored to appropriately challenge you - ultimately ensuring consistent progress toward your goals. With the fitness assessment complete, you are ready to start your fundamentals course!

Fundamentals Course

The Fundamentals Course is a one week experience introducing you to the key movements of each program we offer. During this one week experience, you will receive free unlimited access to both CrossFit and martial arts classes allowing you to experience each program and determine which best fits your lifestyle, goals, and aspirations. With your fundamentals course behind you, you're officially ready to become part of the V.I.P. Martial Arts Academy and CrossFit 226 family!
